If the remote access via the Internet isn’t practical to fix an issue (eg. Modem or telephone needs setting up or replacing), eSage can visit you. There’s no call out fee for the greater Auckland area, but trips outside of Auckland will incur travel expenses. Call eSage to discuss, if interested.
